Shipping policy

shipping may take between 1-5 business days depending on the area you reside in. depending on the area you reside at, you may need to collect your items at a police station or it will be deliver to you. This is at the discretion of the shipping provider.

Our shipping rates will be charged as per our website though we cannot promise this will be charged by the courier company as they designate certain areas in South Africa as high risk areas. The courier companies charge a higher fee for these areas. The customer will be charged a nominal fee for shipping though when the order is being processed and the courier company charges a higher amount for delivery due to the delivery address provided to us by the customer being regarded as a high risk area by the courier company, we will notify the customer and ask the customer to pay the additional sum. If the customer declines we have the right to refund the customers order and cancel the order immediately.
